Infographic | Reading | Working together


L.I:To know the right questions to reading
This week for Reading we were answering reading questions. The questions that we were answering were Why do we read?, what is reading?, what reader are you?, and how do we read?. The answer for what reader are you we made a digital reader. This digital reader is reading of the breaking news at 6.00. His reading a crime scentence of people killing them self and how to set their house on fire.

For this task we had to get into a grouop of 4. Our group worked on the same box so we could get this finished and done. For what is reading we made a bookshelf with learning books names and a small box that is telling the definition/meaning.

We made a book shelf so we can give good detail. For why do we read we made a smart girl holding up a book talking about Why do we read? and the last one for how do we read we made a active listener holding a sheet talking about how do we read. Those people that we used are called silhouette.

Today I commented on Farzana blogpost. I commented on hers because her blogpost was interesting and she had a nice Layout on her work. The facts that she had but in her poster was also Interesting and it would of entertain people like me.





Reading | Tasman Fire







L.I: To know about the Tasman Fire
This week for Reading we were learning about the tasman fires. The first thing that we had to do was we had to finish off the google slide. On the google slide we had our own slide to evaluate on. After the work was finish we had to make a google drawing talking about the tasman fire. For this task we had to get into groups.

On the google drawing we had to talking about the fire rating and we had to write some facts and information down. After the google drawing we then had to make a new maps. On the map we had to add the location from where the fire happened. 


























Information about the number 15

L.I: To learn facts and information about the number 15
This week for Maths we had to make a poster about a number up to 1 to 100. The number that we chose was the number fifteen/15. For this maths poster we had to right down some facts about it. Like the number 15 is a numeral number. We even wrote dowb some maths problems. 

For this maths task we had to get into groups. I partnered up with Spelmen, and Liane. We had to make a google doc then we had to make a poster about it. 

Working Together | Our Relationship | How they can change

L.I: Identify characteristic of being a good citizen
L.I: Identify characteristics of having a healthy/non healthy relationships.
L.I: Identify actions and factors that can prevent a team from working cooperatively.

This week for inquiry we were talking about our relationships and how they can change. We also learnt the actions and emotions that can happen in our relationships with other people. Our relationships can change when we do actions that can affect peoples emotions.

Kio Rahi / Kiwi Sport


This week for Kiwi Sport we play Kio Rahi Playing Field. For this game we had to get into groups.  The game that we played was Kio Rahi. So the first team will circle around Pawero. The equipment in this game was a Ball. So the other team will run and they will have to touch the pou with the ball.

Our team will have to throw the ball at the tupu. If we touch the tupu the other team will have to stop.

This week for Music we were learning notes and Chords. The songs that we were using were Shotgun, LazySong, and One Call away. The Chords for the LazySong is. Two C, Two f, and 4 g. The instument that i had was easy.

Kiwi Can / Positive Communication, Positive Relationships


L.I: To be a good listener and Commander
This week for kiwi Can we were focusing on Positive Relationship and Positive Communication. When we got inside we had to get into a circle. After we then went into our energiser. The energiser was called remote control. So how you play it is when Mr says Play we walk, when he says pause we jump, when he says stop we stop, we even had slow motion , Fast walking, and when he says Rewind we walk backwards

In this game we could even trick people. Then we went back into a circle. We were then talking about our Topic, Theme, and Active listening. Then we went into our Activity. The activity was called chop suey salute. It's like a fighting game. The master of this game was Vayan.

Then went into our points. The points that we scored was 50.

Recount (The Best Holiday Ever)





L.I: To Plan and write a recount
This week for writing we had to make a recount. We had to write about one Topic and that was Holidays. First we had to make a plan on a Piece of Paper.  What I did in the holidays was that I went to the Oakley Creek Waterfall, Waterpark, and The fun day that they had at my cousins school.

We had to make a recount that has Paragraphs and T.R.E.E. T.R.E.E stands for (Title, Reveal, Events, and Ending).

L.I: To Display data on a Graph

This week for maths we had to create six graphs as a group. We made two hand drawn graphs and four digital graphs to make six graphs in total. The first graph was done by everyone in our group digitally. Chisa and Farzana made the hand drawn graphs and the rest of the group did the digital graphs.We had to make statements of each graphs to finish it. I enjoyed the activity.

Secure Password


Today we had to make a poster about Strong Passwords. The longer the password is the stronger it will be. My password includes Symbols, Numbers, and Letters. In your password it cant be about your personal Information. Your password needs to be hard so nobody can guess it. 

Kiwi Sports/The Legend of Rahi

L.I: To learn the Basics of Rahi.

Today for kiwisports we watched a video called the Legend of Rahi. After the video we went outside to play 3 maori games. The Games are called Taniwha, 8 passes and kioma. The game that we played first was Taniwha and Kioma. The girls were Kioma and the boys were taniwha. When the coach says kioma the girls will have to run and the boys will have to touch us.

If we get touched we will be eliminated from the game. After that we played 8 Passes. So its when we get into a group. Our group had the bibs and the other group had non bibs. So we have a ball and we have to throw it to our teammate without dropping the ball. If we drop the ball we will have to give the ball to the other team.

How we Learned: We played 3/three Games called Kioma, 8 passes, and Taniwha.

Kiwi Can - 2019

L.I: To show respect
Today LS1 yr 6 went to room 7 for kiwi can. The theme is Positive Relationship and the Topic is Positive communication. Positive Communication means the ability to convey Messages. Positive Relationship means having nice communication with a person. When we got inside we had to get into a circle. The leaders of kiwi can are Miss paige and Mr Alapati. Then we went into our energiser. 

The energiser was called Eyes up Eyes Down. So when the teacher say down we look down and when she says up we have to look at somebody. If you face to face with the person you are starring at will make you eliminated from the game. The practise round was easy and the winner of the practise round was Fau and the realses winner was me.

Then we went back into a circle. Then we were talking about rules. Like rules that are about respect. When we finished talking we went into our activity. For this activity we went out to play on the field. The game that we played was midnight tunnels its when you get into a group of three/3. Then we will name as a number like 1, 2 and 3.

 I was number 2. So the teacher will yell out a number and we will have to run. The other group of mine will have to make a tunnel that i will go under. We had to run thru the tunnel are run into the hoops. If we are the last group to hop in the hoop we are out.

Then we played jackies up. So you will have to get into a group of 2. So when teh teacher says switch we switch sides. When she says jackies up we run around our partner 1 time then run around the circle. Then when we get close to our partner we have to put our hands on there shoulders.

 Then we went back inside. Then we did GKQ. GKQ stands for General Knowledge questions. So this game is when the teachers say questions and we will have to answer them.
