L.I: to develop body movement of balance, rotation, and strength.
Today we had our second session for kiwi-sport. Ls1 group B went to the hall for kiwi-sport. For kiwi-sport we did gymnastics. First we had to do our stretches, the stretches were the L shape, the seal, the butterfly, the cat, back, front, side support, and straddle. We had to get into our groups, the groups that we had last week. We had to go to rotation 1, the other group went to rotation 2, and the other group went to rotation 3. The obstacles that were in rotation 1 was, lefting yourself up and trying to do a L shape on the parallel bars, doing the hand stand and switching your legs over, the other obstacle is you will have to hold your self up. When we have finished or the obstacles we will have to switch. The obstacles that are in Rotation 2 is the beam, cart wheeling straight on the blue mat and practicing beside it, and we will have to roll on the mat that is on the small beam. When you are on the beam you will have to walk straight and walk backwards. Then we went to rotation 3. The obstacles that are in rotation 3 is, doing a backflip on the mat, practicing handstands, Jumping and turning half 180 jump, the next one you will have to run and jump in a starfish shape. When you jump you will always have to jump with 2 feets together. The obstacle that we jump on is a trampoline.
