Summer learning journey | Fabulous Ferns

Today the article that i did is fabulous ferns. It is about the all blacks. One of the most common plantrs had been found in new zealand, the plant was a fern. It is a special inconic symbol of New Zealand (Aotearoa). This plant is on the All blacks t-shirt. Thats why it's common.

List three sport's teams that have the word fern:
Silver ferns
Tall ferns
White ferns

  1. Hey there Alayah, my name is Billy and I am from the Summer Learning Journey programme. It's awesome to see that you have made a good start to the summer by completing a few different activities.

For this activity, we really need you to post a photo for each team and also select one that you think is the best and tell us why.

    Thank you, Billy.

  2. Hello Alayah! Well done on finding out these different sports teams. It was quite easy for me, but I also read their sport each one played. I wasn't sure which uniform was the official looking through images since different ones showed up. What uniform did you like out of all 3 teams you chose? Keep it up!

Hi there Alayah,My name is Araura and i am from Wesley primary school and im also taking part in the summer learning journey.First of all congratulations on the amazing post, however there was one mistake that caught my eye and im sure it caught yours to.You had spelled Plantrs rather than *Plants however i absolutely love the team so i have found this to be very interesting and i also believe that the fern is one of the most iconic plants in all of Nz so i think it plays a big part in these teams.
