Reading | 10 Words & 5 Meanings

L.I: Novel study - The giraffe and the pelly and me
This week for reading we were learning about a British author named Roald Dahl. For this reading task we needed to work individually. Roald Dahl had invented some interesting words, he was served in the royal air force in World War 2 and he was a screenwriter. The book that I was reading that was by Roald Dahl was The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me. On this google draw we needed to do one thing that we should do about Roald Dahl. Today I did the 10 words & 5 meanings. We would need to find 10 interesting words that are out of the book then we would need to pick 5 words to do the meanings.

Maths quiz

L.I: to know how to make a interesting quiz
This week for maths we needed to make a maths quiz and make 20 questions that are about Fractions, Geometry, Pi, the 4 operations, and Statistics. For this maths task we needed to work individually / by ourselves.

KiwiSport


L.I To learn how to throw the ball in the air and to do outer tennis skills.
This week for kiwi sport we were doing singles for the whole game. We used the tack nick the tack nick was to use the shot put way for that game we had to throw the ball the shot put and make the ball touch or land on the cone if it touch or lands on the cone it a point.
We also played a game where your Partners and yourself hit the ball to each other with there racket.
I learned how to do different skills.

Cybersmart

L.I: This week for cyber smart we were learning how to get legal, and illegal image. For this task we needed to work in partners / pairs. For this task I partnered up with Diana. We needed to finish this off by the end of the day

Maori W7


L.I: to learn about maori 
This week for Maori we were learning how to tell the time by translating the Maori words into English.

This week we had another session of kiwi can. For kiwi can we played two games. The games were called Mirror Mirror and Ball in the hoop. Our theme is Respect, and our topic is respecting  others.
